- Put the cleaned crab along with red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, kudampuli, garlic crushed, crushed ginger, salt and water in an earthern pot (or you can also use normal pan)..
- Cover and cook on low heat till crab cooked well and the water dries off. Keep it aside..
- In a normal pan, heat oil, saute crushed garlic and chopped onion till they turn golden brown..
- Add the crab and stir well. Let it cook for a minutes, stirring in between..
- Add curry leaves and switch off the flame. Serve hot !.
